Pacific Middle School

Highline Public Schools

Located on a shared campus, this project replaces the aging Pacific Middle School building with a new 950-student capacity facility, nestled between an existing elementary and high school. An extremely tight parcel for a middle school this size, the building layout and site design work in concert to provide a highly efficient and compact school site.

The quiet three-story classroom wing will be located to the south to create a buffer for the existing residential neighborhood, while the louder gathering areas such as the commons and gymnasiums will be located to the north of the facility towards the center of campus and in close proximity to the shared athletic fields.
