Kevin Oremus is one of the founding principals of the firm. He has more than 20 years of experience creating K-12 and higher education facilities and has worked with 25 school districts and three colleges throughout Washington State. Kevin has extensive experience in planning, project management, scheduling, cost estimating and quality control. As a principal of the firm, his commitment to the production of quality construction documents, his responsiveness to clients and contractors, and his reputation for effective communication with all project participants, are all directly responsible for the firms many successful projects.
Kevin serves as a strong client advocate through all phases of a project, working from the early design stage through the final stages of construction to translate a program into a completed building successfully. As Principal in Charge, Kevin is responsible for contract matters, assisting school districts in establishing the educational specifications, and overseeing the design and construction phases. He also assists in the development of project budgets and monitors schedule milestones to ensure the timely completion of all project phases. Kevin is involved in projects on a daily basis from start to finish, attending client meetings and making presentations to school districts. He also serves as the single point of contact for the initial planning and development of educational specifications.
With each and every assignment, Kevin brings his commitment to and understanding of the factors that constitute a successful project. His experience has been honed by more than a decade dedicated to creating educational facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest, including Washington, Oregon and Alaska. Kevin's track record of strong working relationships and repeat assignments from numerous clients is evidence of the firm’s deep commitment to project teamwork and its long-term view of client satisfaction. His invaluable experience, combined with his strategic ability to successfully coordinate construction scheduling techniques with ever-changing government regulations, has contributed significantly to securing earlier county/city approval response times and on-time project completions.
