Bill Chaput has more than 23 years of experience managing architectural projects for a wide range of clients and services throughout Washington State. His expertise encompasses planning, programming, design and contract documents, specifications and construction management. The scope of Bill’s project experience ranges from small remodels and additions to the design and construction administration of projects with construction budgets exceeding $15 million. He has extensive experience in project management, scheduling, cost estimating and quality control. Bill specializes in the design and construction of educational and public use facilities. He is committed to the production of quality construction documents, responsiveness to clients and contractors, and effective communications with all project participants.
