Our History

Since its inception in 1995, Hutteball & Oremus Architecture, Inc. has offered innovative design solutions, organized project management, and excellent client service for public school districts throughout the Puget Sound region. The firm is incorporated in Washington State and registered to provide services in both Washington and Oregon. Our talented staff is comprised of twenty experienced professionals based in Kirkland, Washington. Three managing principals coordinate and guide the efforts of the firm’s seven licensed architects, nine intern architects, one interior designer, and three business administrators.

Hutteball & Oremus Architecture has a well-earned reputation as one of the top educational design firms in the State of Washington. This distinction is based on client recommendations from more than 150 completed educational projects across 28 school districts in a wide range of communities.
